Responsibilities
Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, specifically Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers, to the commercial market segment.
Educate and service customers across a broad range of industries, including Sand Blasting, Industrial Coating, Painting, Power Plants, Surface Preparation, Manufacturing/Processing Plants, Large Venues, Special Events, Facility Maintenance, Tent Rental, Party Rental, Remediation/Restoration, General Contractors, HVAC, Electrical, Construction Drying, Generator Service, Hospitals, Telecommunications, New Home Construction, Schools, Correctional Facilities, and College Campuses.
Education & Experience
B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills a must.
Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.
Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
