Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for new member sales and overall member experience. This person reaches out to new leads within 1–2 hours, books new introductions into class and gives Intros and current members the “white glove experience.” To secure this role, you are persistent in sales, goal‑oriented, and energetic. You generate leads and execute marketing strategies to help achieve performance goals. You are confident, reliable and solution‑oriented.

Role Responsibilities / Duties

High focus on lead outreach, conversion and generation

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge

Give studio tours

Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals

Follow up with prospective members

Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution

Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives

Work with manager to hit monthly KPI’s

Cross‑train with Operations Manager to help with facility issues (e.g. maintenance and cleanliness of studio)

Personal Attributes

Strong sales and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members

Multi‑tasker with minimal supervision

Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines

Provide excellent customer service

Education Requirements

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in a fitness setting.

Physical Demands Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift a minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.

Salary $20 per hour plus commissions and bonuses (potential annualized bonus/commissions up to $20k)
