This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in St. George, UT. We’re looking for a highly motivated, phone‑confident individual who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and loves booking meetings. If you’re competitive, coachable, and energized by talking to people all day, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
Make high‑volume outbound calls to school districts and education leaders
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Confidently communicate value and handle objections on the phone
Set high‑quality appointments for Account Executives
Log all activity accurately in CRM tools
Follow call scripts while personalizing conversations
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
Work closely with sales leadership to improve messaging and performance
What We’re Looking For
Extremely comfortable on the phone
(this is a calling‑heavy role)
High energy, competitive, and
self‑motivated
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Resilient—able to handle rejection and keep dialing
Organized, disciplined, and detail‑oriented
Coachable and open to feedback
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B sales
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
