Job Duties
Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research: 4-5 hours per week – review client information to customize options for financial needs in the case of a death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
Administrative: 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset: skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Compensation Commissions as a New Agent: This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products such as 401(k) and IRA protection. Extensive training is provided, and a competitive bonus structure with incentive trips is available based on individual and team results.
