What You’ll Do
Grow a book of business:
Prospect, network, and cultivate referral partnerships—especially with real estate and mortgage professionals.
Be a trusted advisor:
Understand each client’s needs, analyze options across multiple carriers, and present tailored solutions to mitigate household risk.
Win and retain:
Deliver world-class service that drives renewals, referrals, and long-term relationships.
Own your craft:
Manage your pipeline, forecast in Salesforce, and continuously refine your sales process.

commissions) plus a

Employment is contingent on passing the licensing exam, obtaining your state license, and successfully completing the training program (which begins on your start date).
