What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution partners
Educate and train financial institution teams on payment solutions and software
Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations
Identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts in collaboration with financial institution branches
Utilize CRM platforms to manage sales pipeline and track performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting
Background check and drug screening required per company policy
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience
Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
High sense of urgency and self‑motivation with the ability to work independently
