Job Summary
On behalf of Geeksoft Consulting, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Account Manager
to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires strong client‑facing skills, the ability to engage with C‑level executives, and a solid understanding of cloud and SaaS‑based solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the complete sales lifecycle while collaborating closely with internal teams and global experts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
Demonstrate a strategic understanding of client business needs and align Geeksoft Consulting’s solutions accordingly.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, opportunity management, deal closure, and post‑sales engagement.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal delivery, recruiting, and global expert teams to ensure successful execution.
Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and long‑term partnerships.
Track sales performance, forecasts, and client engagement metrics.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar role in IT services or consulting.
Strong ability to interact with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers.
Basic understanding of system architectures, with a focus on cloud computing and SaaS software solutions.
Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and global stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and passion for driving business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Prior experience selling cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
