Conduct investigations and inquiries related to employee relations issues Coordinate and present training programs and activities for employees and management Research, analyze, and present data related to employee relations Investigate and respond to complaints issued by the Director's office and/or EEOC/OEO Assist in full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Human Resources Analyst or equivalent experience Knowledge of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to HR Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze problem situations and determine acceptable solutions Preferred Qualifications
Relevant HR Certification Experience with Google and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
