As a Bank Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly and efficient service. You'll handle a variety of transactions, assist with mortgage payments, and support cross-selling efforts to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Process customer and mortgage transactions accurately and efficiently. Verify identity, signatures, and funds within policy guidelines. Maintain cash and coin supplies while following security procedures. Balance cash drawers daily and comply with all policies. Assist customers with safety deposit boxes and special requests. Handle night deposits, mail transactions, stop payments, and cash advances. Sell official checks and money orders. Complete BSA-related duties (CTR's and monetary instrument logs). Support cross-selling initiatives and provide outstanding customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1+ year as a Teller. Strong math and cash-handling skills. Excellent communication skills (in-person and by phone). Basic computer proficiency; ability to type 25+ WPM and use 10-key by touch. Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check. What We're Looking For
