We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a high-net-worth family. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and prior experience as a personal assistant, with the ability to manage complex schedules and high-touch service needs. Minimum 35 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a hospitality-related role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times. Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling tools and travel platforms.
