We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Director of Pharmacy
to lead pharmacy operations for a healthcare organization in
Vernal, UT . This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic pharmacy leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight for all pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations Oversee medication safety, quality assurance, and clinical pharmacy services Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, performance, and development Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership to optimize patient care Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications: Active Utah Pharmacy License
or ability to obtain prior to start date Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
(required) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
preferred Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and pharmacy operations
