Experience & Qualifications Criteria
Qualified Chartered Accountant or similar accreditation
10 years experience in accounting as an expat
Experience with the Big 4 audit firms preferred
Managing multi-functional accounting and finance department
Strong management experience with a solid track record
Strategic mindset
IFRS or US GAAP
Financial information systems and implementing technological solutions
Fluent in English and Spanish
Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging and hedging tools
Involved in Mergers and Acquisition processes
Strong experience leading the company's digital transformation
