Job Description Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented

Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative

to join a team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to clients, policyholders, and prospects Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and identifying their insurance needs Process policy changes, endorsements, and policy renewals Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client inquiries and issues Maintain accurate client records and documentation Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients Assist with administrative tasks to support the team as needed Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
