Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients with auto, home, and other personal insurance policies. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing policy changes, and assisting with renewals and claims inquiries.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and billing

Process policy changes and issue certificates and documents

Communicate with insurance carriers and representatives

Maintain accurate client records and deliver prompt, professional service

In Lincoln Park office full time 5 days a week

Qualifications

Customer service or insurance experience preferred

Property & Casualty license required

Knowledge of AMS Client Management System

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
