We’re seeking an

RCM Support Revenue Specialist

to join our growing team.

Responsible for direct communicationwith patients, insurance companies and/orother team membersto ensurefinancial policiesof the organization are followedand payments are received.

How you’ll make us better:

Troubleshoots accounts relative to insurance claims, payment history, accounts receivables, and ledger discrepancies

Performs ledger adjustments, balance transfers, and scale outs according to RCM Financial Processes and Protocols

Monitors work queues and daily assignments, providing feedback to Team Lead/Manager

Submits insurance claims and provides follow-up on predeterminations

Communicates with insurance companies regarding claims and payment status

Communicates with third party venders in a courteous and professional manner

Strives for continuous improvement and offers insight as problems/issues arise

Adheres to RCM guidelines and policies

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Prerequisites for success:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of two (2) years working with accounts receivables required, three (3) or more years preferred

Basic knowledge of computer programs and software such as PC, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (including Excel) required

Intermediate customer service skills required
