Bilingual Account Representative
LHH is currently seeking a Bilingual Account Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our Richmond, VA area client. This is a fully on-site role which requires previous B2B customer service experience and fluency in Spanish. Responsibilities include: Proactively engage with customers to provide updates on lead times, product availability, pricing changes, and any factors that may impact delivery schedules or invoice amounts. Manage and process customer orders and inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Each specialist is assigned a dedicated customer portfolio, which may evolve based on business needs and experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and maintain a reliable supply chain for our customers. Prepare accurate and timely invoices, credits, and debits to minimize discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy. Address customer concerns promptly, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate contact. Keep Sales, Marketing, Business Groups, and Plant Schedulers informed of special requests or requirements, and follow up to confirm resolution. Maintain precise records, including order processing, scheduling, tracking, and documentation, ensuring complete and accurate invoicing. Support additional administrative tasks, including master data maintenance and providing backup coverage for team members as needed.
