Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. Review and reconcile outstanding balances, ensuring timely collections. Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain detailed records in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Utilize Excel and accounting systems to track and report AR metrics. Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP familiarity a plus).
