About the Role: As an
Entry‑Level Event Assistant , you will assist in the smooth execution of events by supporting various on‑site activities and interacting with attendees. You will be involved in everything from customer engagement to ensuring event logistics run smoothly, making it a great opportunity to learn and grow in the event industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with on‑site event operations , ensuring everything runs smoothly during events
Manage event registration
and help attendees with check‑in and event materials
Engage with attendees , providing excellent customer service and answering questions
Support event vendors and staff
to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
Monitor event logistics
on the day of the event, ensuring all aspects are in place
Assist with event follow‑up , including gathering feedback and post‑event communication
Help with event materials setup and breakdown
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
– both verbal and written
Detail‑oriented
with a focus on delivering excellent service
Ability to
multitask
and stay organized in a
fast‑paced environment
Team player
with a positive and adaptable attitude
Desire to learn
and gain hands‑on experience in the event industry
Prior
customer service
experience is a plus, but not required
