We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team! This role includes assisting organic walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, with the goal of helping them find and purchase the vehicle that best fits their needs. In addition, this individual will be responsible for proactively building their own pipeline of sales opportunities through networking, community engagement, and social media self-promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and repeat business

Actively network—both in-person and online—to create new sales opportunities

Maintain a strong and professional social media presence to drive personal branding and attract potential customers

Generate leads through community involvement, referrals, and digital engagement

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain communication and drive appointments

Stay knowledgeable about vehicle features, inventory, pricing, and industry trends

Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership sales processes

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented

Comfortable creating content and engaging with audiences on social media

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships

Prior sales experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
