Paid Social Manager (Remote US) – Future Opening Join Abe, a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage and convert their target audiences.

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist with a growth mindset to help our mid‑market and enterprise clients build high‑performing LinkedIn strategies. This role reports to the Associate Director and will be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts.

Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality and improvements.

Build strategies for clients each quarter.

Create, maintain and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.

Deeply understand client positioning and value proposition.

Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.

Own personal productivity and utilization.

Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.

Understand the value of programmatic campaigns.

Drive cross‑sell, upsell and referral opportunities via client relationships.

Execute and optimize advertising campaigns in LinkedIn, including copywriting, TAM development, targeting and ROI maximization.

What You Offer

2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients.

Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.

Understanding of different LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense and similar tools.

Strong grasp of paid principles: keyword research, copywriting, bid management and optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or other platforms to make data‑driven decisions.

Experience driving results and measuring performance via OCT.

Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.

Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.

Competitive, curious and problem‑solver mindset.

Staying on the cutting edge of the industry.

Strong organizational, prioritization and multi‑project management skills.

Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising.

Travel to visit clients approximately once per year.
