What you’ll do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeting decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud‑based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
To succeed in this role
Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent, and able to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
Agile Solution Seeker. Problem‑solver who can find answers or solutions even in fast‑paced change.

Required A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
One to two years of work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
Military experience. We value the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities veterans bring and are excited to provide an environment for meaningful impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
