ADP is hiring a
Sales Representative, Small Business Services
for a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1‑49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. You will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from business partners, assess client needs, and close business in the field.
What You'll Do
Grow business while growing your career: work independently and collaboratively with various teams to close sales and reach sales goals.
Turn prospects into loyal clients: implement a sales strategy targeting decision‑makers and business owners.
Deepen relationships across the ADP family: sell cloud‑based HR solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate daily: act as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and our overall network.
Required Qualifications
Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, comfortable with cold calling, strong time‑management, and clear communication.
Agile solution seeker: problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced change.
Continuous learner: always learning, growing, questioning how things were done to improve them.
At least one to two years of relevant experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or other relevant industry, or military experience.
A college degree is desirable but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.

Compensation Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Pay range: USD $35,900.00 – USD $77,700.00 per year, plus commission and bonuses.
