Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Our client, a copper manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager.
Location Phoenix, AZ | Pay Rate Range: $110,000 - $130,000 | Shift: 1st
What’s the Job?
Execute and exceed Building Wire Sales
Develop market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy for the identified territory, including SWOT analysis, target accounts, and distribution strategy.
Identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within the defined territory.
Execute strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for the client’s products within the REC’s identified.
Continue prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
Experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or with electrical contractors highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and ERP system strongly preferred.
CRM experience required.
