We are seeking a motivated AI Sales Specialist based in Alpharetta to help expand our customer base and bring Agentic Automation to organizations nationwide. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential for driven sellers.
What You Will Sell
Custom Agentic Software Applications Purpose-built digital workers designed to automate operational tasks that existing software cannot address. These may be used internally or as part of a customer-facing product.
Electra-Based AI Agents Custom & industry agents built on the Electra Agent Operating System. Additional OS capabilities include Full Agent Infrastructure (one vendor, one bill), Evaluation Metrics, Dashboard, and Smart Scoping Agent.
AI Consulting and Advisory Services Use case discovery, workflow analysis, AI readiness support, and training for organizations modernizing their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend weekly in-person chamber of commerce events in Alpharetta and surrounding North Fulton communities to expand local business relationships.
Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn engagement, and industry networking.
Begin the role by generating qualified appointments for HighlandTech’s owner while learning the product suite, use cases, and industries served.
Within the first month, begin using the Electra platform to guide customers through use case exploration and capture workflow details.
Electra will convert use case discovery into a draft proposal to be provided to HighlandTech’s engineering team for scoping and pricing.
Present HighlandTech’s solutions clearly, focusing on business outcomes and ROI opportunities.
Manage opportunities through a typical 30 to 90 day sales cycle, with average project sizes ranging from $5,000 to $40,000.
Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and follow-up discipline.
Collaborate with owner to refine messaging and expand our library of proven use cases.
What Success Looks Like
Strong early activity through outbound prospecting and event-based networking.
Consistent appointment generation and pipeline growth.
Delivery of accurate use case capture and draft proposals using the Electra platform.
Closing new AI Agent projects and consulting engagements within expected timeframes.
Helping organizations achieve measurable efficiency gains through automation.
Requirements
Based in or near Alpharetta, GA.
Available to attend weekly in-person chamber and networking events.
2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, consulting, technology, automation, or physical security industry sales.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to explain technology to non-technical decision makers.
Motivated, self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with a commission-only model.
Interest in AI, automation, or workflow optimization is helpful but not required.
Compensation
Commission only with uncapped earning potential.
Significant income from project-based builds and ongoing Electra platform subscriptions.
