Tuttle & Bailey, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager
to drive growth across our product representative channel. Established in 1846, Tuttle & Bailey is a pioneer in air distribution solutions, known for premium products such as grilles, registers, diffusers, and VAV terminals. Our reputation for quality and innovation makes us a trusted partner for commercial properties, government buildings, and healthcare facilities.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading product representatives in priority markets.
Conduct sales calls and presentations to existing and potential clients within your territory.
Actively recruit new reps positioned to support Tuttle & Bailey’s growth objectives.
Provide training and support to reps on new products, selection tools, and industry developments.
Assist reps in preparing pricing quotes and bids for large construction projects.
Understand Tuttle & Bailey manufacturing operations to align plant, brand, and customer objectives.
Define priority markets for growth based on size, characteristics, and competitive landscape.
Assess readiness of current reps and implement plans to improve channel performance.
Ensure reps have the tools and resources needed for presentations and cost quotes.
Coordinate resolution of rep issues across engineering, customer service, and factory teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
3‑5+ years of successful outside sales experience in the air distribution industry.
Proven experience in commercial product sales with established rep relationships.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in an Application Engineering role.
Familiarity with fan and air distribution products.
Work Environment: The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate‑controlled atmosphere designed for productivity. There may be occasional opportunities to visit a lab or plant for meetings or collaboration. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
