Akron & Medina, OH areas

Responsibilities
Meet customers in their homes within a 1‑hour radius to provide in‑home flooring estimates.
Generate and sustain a minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
Use electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations.
Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
Maintain a valid local driver’s license, a suitable vehicle, and the capacity to transport flooring sample boards.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on opportunities for installation and referrals.
Qualifications
Valid local driver’s license and suitable vehicle with space for flooring sample boards.
Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
Strong customer‑service skills and a professional appearance.
Proficiency with electronic tablets and various measuring devices.
Ability to use the Direct Seller contract framework and drive earnings.
Earnings The role is a 100% commission plus commission‑bonus opportunity. Outside sales consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
