Role Overview

Answer inbound seller leads

Speak with homeowners to qualify their motivation and gather property details

Manage and update CRM records

Follow up consistently to uncover opportunities

Set appointments for Acquisition Managers

You are the

first point of contact

and the voice of the company — helping homeowners feel heard, supported, and guided through the process.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary:

$600–$800/week (based on experience)

Performance bonuses:

$100–$250/month + $100–$200 per contract

On-track earnings:

$40,000–$55,000/year

Paid training

Growth opportunities into senior LM or Acquisition roles

Schedule

Full-time

Monday–Friday (Saturday light availability as needed)

Standard business hours (no late nights)

What Success Looks Like

80–120 outbound dials/day

100% same-day contact on new leads

8–15 qualified appointments/week

Organized, clean CRM with no missed tasks

Positive communication with both sellers and the team

Responsibilities

Respond to all new leads quickly (calls, web forms, text)

Make outbound calls to warm, cold, and old leads daily

Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price

Set appointments for the Acquisition team

Maintain detailed notes and task reminders in the CRMFollow a daily call and follow-up schedule

Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Provide status updates to the sales team

Re‑engage old leads and nurture long‑term prospects

Qualifications Required:

Strong phone communication skills

Positive, coachable attitude

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with high-volume calling

Basic tech and CRM proficiency

Ability to follow scripts and processes

Preferred (not required):

Inside sales or call center background

Real estate or wholesaling experience

Familiarity with CRM or similar tools
