CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a
Bilingual Account Manager
to help grow our Servicing Department. This in‑person role is in our Plano, TX office. The
Bilingual Account Manager
is responsible for communicating with customers directly to provide account resolution options based on their ability and needs. The
Account Manager
is expected to handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease. The Account Manager must represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Negotiate repayment and financial plans
Educate clients on resolution options
Resolve financial discrepancies
Counsel borrowers on options for meeting their obligations
Inform customers of their payment status and timelines for repayment
Address questions, complaints, or suggestions
Document systems with all activities and communications
Adjust work and thought process to accommodate multiple investor guidelines
Meet and exceed budget
Make contact with relevant parties via phone calls
Employ a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Demonstrate a professional work ethic in all facets of completing work duties
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements, Capabilities & Skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Effective decision‑making, customer service and problem‑solving skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
