Automotive Service Advisor - Remote Join your career as an Automotive Service Advisor with Enterprise Fleet Management, a leader in fleet management services. This is a full‑time work‑from‑home position based in Oklahoma City, OK or surrounding counties.

Overview As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will primarily apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support and guide Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs.

The pay range for this position is $23.45 - $25.45 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, performance, time in position, and business needs.

Additional compensation will be provided for weekend and evening shift differential (up to $2.00 per hour)

Opportunity to earn an additional $0.25 per hour for each current ASE certification held (A1‑A9, T1‑T8, E1‑E3, L1‑L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1)

With more than 50 fully staffed offices nationwide, we assemble customized or full‑service fleet management programs tailored to each business.

Responsibilities

Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners by phone and email.

Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and vehicle history.

Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing when inconsistent with standards, assess and apply warranty and post‑warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders.

Analyze clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions; contact clients to provide recommendations and gain approval.

Identify opportunities and make recommendations to groups and leadership across internal business lines for full maintenance service proposals and repairs charged to clients.

Field calls from drivers, evaluate specific needs to locate and suggest proper and cost‑effective service locations for clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current.

18 years of age or older.

Must live in or near Oklahoma City, OK.

Six months of customer service experience.

Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service department experience.

Preferred: Degree in Automotive Technology.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to meet all work‑from‑home technical requirements.

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements

Reliable high‑speed internet access from terrestrial cable or fiber (no DSL or satellite).
