About the Role The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving studio success through membership growth, relationship building, and exceptional client experience. You will lead the full membership sales process, from generating and nurturing leads to converting them into long‑term members.

This role includes managing performance metrics, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and ensuring the studio meets or exceeds monthly and annual revenue goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment and brings a strong passion for fitness, sales, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all membership sales efforts, including inbound/outbound outreach, studio tours, and follow‑up communication

Achieve and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and retention goals

Manage lead pipelines and ensure timely, professional responses to all inquiries

Maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting within CRM systems

Collaborate with studio leadership to optimize performance and member satisfaction

Build long‑term member relationships to drive referrals and renewals

Represent STRIDE Fitness at community events and local partnerships

Deliver consistent, positive interactions that reflect STRIDE brand values

Who You Are

Experienced in membership or service‑based sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios

Motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven

Personable, empathetic, and confident in relationship building

Organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable to performance metrics

Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people make meaningful lifestyle changes

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred)

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Full‑time availability including some evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the studio

Authorization to work in the United States
