Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commission
Utilize Microsoft Windows applications to manage customer interactions
Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
Qualifications
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Availability to work some weekends
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
