What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coach a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly targets
Hire and onboard new account executives while providing ongoing coaching for their success
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects strategically
Develop training content for continuous professional development
Champion and embed the employer’s cultural principles within the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5+ years of selling experience
2-3+ years of experience managing a Public Sector team
Experience in full-cycle sales to the Public Sector (Local Government, K-12, Higher Education)
Proven track record of managing $200K+ ACV deals as an individual contributor or manager
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and products

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
