What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development and execution of a national sales strategy for the Accident & Health portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and consultants to ensure high retention and satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement of existing sales programs while identifying opportunities for innovation
Expand the broker network and develop targeted marketing campaigns for growth and profitability
Analyze market trends and deliver insights to senior leadership on sales goals and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance education
10-15 years of experience in insurance sales, ideally within Accident & Health or Group Benefits
Deep knowledge of Group Benefits and Accident & Health
Proven success in designing and leading sales strategies with a track record of growth and broker development
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 25-30%
