What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Research and identify key contacts at K–12 districts and schools

Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized communication

Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate records in CRM and track activity metrics

Analyze outreach performance and share insights to improve messaging and targeting

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1-2+ years of experience in a client‑facing position with a passion for sales engagement

Experience using CRM and other technical platforms; Salesforce.com highly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and empathetic

Understanding of educational needs and technology trends in the K–12 education space

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

3+ years of sales or lead development experience

Proficient use of Google Suite or MS Office Suite

Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage high activity levels in a CRM environmentCuriosity and persistence in building relationships and uncovering needs

Team player who thrives on collaboration with marketing and sales
