Job Description This individual sales contributor role involves driving strategic growth, exceeding quota, building relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient engagement and the electronic health records space, with a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
Covering a third of the United States, develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in medical practices and health systems
Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate meetings with prospective clients
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand
Maintain accurate records in our Hubspot CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, patient engagement, electronic health records, and specialty medical practices
Proven success in selling technology solutions to medical practices and health systems
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Hubspot and G-Suite
Ability to travel up to 30%
