What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead growth initiatives and transform business offerings with new product introductions
Nurture and expand relationships with key customers and assist sales channel partners in enhancing customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
10+ years of experience in the HVAC or Building Technologies industry
5+ years of experience leading a team in the HVAC or Building Technologies industry
Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated experience in Service and Aftermarket industries in sales
Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
Proven track record of coaching sales teams to deliver results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and present data effectively
