Position Summary: Are you passionate about working cross-functionally within a dynamic and growing organization? Are you passionate about taking retail media to the next level to drive growth in Walmart’s advertising business? In this role, you will ensure our in-store digital ads business is customer centric, scalable, and easy to sell. You will spearhead and drive key in-store digital initiatives inside of our Retail Strategy & Operations team. The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is seeking a strong business leader who is well-versed and passionate about retail media and big box retail to lead our In-Store Digital business. This role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to build essential relationships with key stakeholders within WMC and across the WMC ecosystem.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Build enterprise trust for Store Monetization by establishing guiding principles and paid content guidelines.
Oversee the digital ads pipeline, including co‑leading Stores WBR with the Experiential business partner; identify business patterns and propose strategies to drive growth.
Ensure customer‑centric ads and integrate WMC into Walmart Enterprise Store as a Media Channel strategy.
Manage day‑to‑day advertiser eligibility and content creation for digital store ads, ensuring ads enhance the customer journey and align with enterprise standards.
Manage third‑party contacts (e.g., TILT) required to serve and create in‑store ads.
Partner with WMC Sales to ensure they have the tools and training needed to sell in‑store digital products; provide white‑glove service and create/optimise SOPs for sales.
Uphold Walmart values, integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Use a holistic, data‑driven approach to strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or Psychology.
7+ years of retail or advertising experience (preferably at a large organization in a highly cross‑functional role).
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Systems.
Desire to work in a fast‑paced environment across multiple domains.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other enterprise dashboard/data systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in and across large cross‑functional organizations.
Strong executive presence and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
