We are looking for a passionate
Banquet Manager
to lead our events team and ensure every guest experience is exceptional. From weddings and reunions to corporate meetings and trainings, you’ll oversee the execution of events with quality, timeliness, and outstanding service.

This is not a Sales or Event Coordinator position.
Responsibilities:
Consults with sales managers to understand event needs and review BEOs
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events
Lead, motivate, schedule, and direct banquet team while maintaining standards of quality
Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events
Communicate clearly with guests regarding menus and service details
Assist with food and beverage delivery and support servers during peak periods
Train team members on plated and reception-style service (training provided)
Anticipate guest needs and proactively monitor service quality
Oversee event logistics such as: food and beverage service, setup, execution, special requests, and clean-up
Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
Maintain clean, safe, and organized service areas
Qualifications:
Previous experience in banquet/food settings
required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate a team and ensure high-quality service
Guest-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed
