The Community Programs Manager (CPM) is actively involved in developing and implementing programs to engage the community to expand TrueCare's presence and meet business goals. The CPM maintains awareness of issues most affecting the health of the patients and communities served by TrueCare, as well as changes in the healthcare landscape.
Your Role & Impact
As a Community Programs Manager, you’ll design, implement and lead effective community programs for TrueCare. You'll identify, develop and steward partnerships with institutions that maximize the impact of TrueCare's community programs and the volunteer and clinical internship program. You’ll participate and lead various task forces to improve services internally and build on community partnerships to meet organizational goals.
Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in health services administration, business administration, public administration, public health, or a related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and implementing programs, developing community partners and participants.
A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated success in leading a team.
Experience in working with community-based organizations.
Proven track record of successfully collaborating with the community.

The pay range for this role is $90,775 - $136,165 on an annual basis.
