Accent Funeral Home . The Funeral Director/Embalmer manages all phases of the funeral arrangement, from setting up funeral services to final disposition. Foundation Partners Group is expanding and seeks dedicated team members who are committed to compassionate service for Families. Responsibilities

Ensures every client family is presented with all service and merchandise options – Every Family, Every Option, Every Time Maintains open and effective communication and accurate, timely client files to support location efficiency Participates in community events, groups, and relationships to help improve market share as assigned by supervision Performs tasks and duties as assigned (e.g., car washing, building/equipment repair, pre-need arrangement planning) Oversees all team members participating in services, ensuring each member understands their role and represents the location professionally Communicates performance feedback to relevant team members to meet business expectations Works on-call/first call in rotation as assigned (phone, hospital, hospice, residence) Transfers decedents, embalms, dresses, cosmetizes, and prepares deceased persons according to licensing and family instructions Meets with client families to listen, educate, and arrange personalized funeral services, ensuring a high-quality experience Completes tasks and details resulting from the arrangement conference Ensures proper paperwork, including permits and certificates, are completed timely and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Conducts and attends funeral services as required Leads post-service follow-ups as needed Qualifications

Current state licensure for funeral directing and embalming Self-motivated and energetic Strong oral and written communication skills Caring, empathetic, and committed to providing best-in-class service Sensitivity and knowledge of different philosophical systems and religions Knowledge of basic principles, ethics, cultural practices, and their impact on human culture Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clear driving record Team Member Benefits Include
