Charlotte, NC . The role involves managing all phases of funeral arrangements, from service setup to final disposition. Overview & Responsibilities:
Present all service and merchandise options to client families—Every Family, Every Option, Every Time Maintain effective communication and accurate client files to ensure operational efficiency Enhance market share through community engagement and relationships Perform additional duties such as vehicle maintenance, repairs, and pre-need planning Oversee team members during services, ensuring professionalism and clarity of roles Provide performance feedback to team members to meet business standards Participate in on-call duties, including hospital, hospice, or residence visits Transfer, embalm, dress, cosmetize, and prepare deceased as per licensing and family instructions Meet with families to plan personalized services, ensuring high-quality experiences Complete all required paperwork, permits, and certificates timely and legally Conduct and attend funeral services regularly Lead post-service follow-ups as needed Requirements & Qualifications:
Current state licensure for funeral directing and embalming Self-motivated, energetic, and compassionate Excellent communication skills Knowledge of diverse religious and philosophical practices Understanding of cultural values and ethics Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license with a clean record Benefits:
