Responsibilities
Analyze and re-engineer sales processes to enhance efficiency and create seamless partner experiences
Manage the sales technology stack and oversee the implementation of new tools
Develop executive-level dashboards on key sales metrics and collaborate on sales forecasting and pipeline analysis
Lead onboarding operations for new team members and ensure training materials are up to date
Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to drive alignment and execute initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar strategic role
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus
Mastery of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with deep experience in data visualization tools
Proven ability to design and implement successful, large-scale sales processes and strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience in digital media, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing senior executives
Highly autonomous and proactive work ethic, capable of driving projects from conception to completion
