Partner and Channel Operations Senior Manager

Join the Revenue Operations & Enablement Team as our Partner & Channel Operations Senior Manager! In this role, you will drive operational excellence, forecasting discipline, and cross-functional alignment across our Partnerships organization. As the right hand to Partnerships, Sales and Revenue Operations leadership on all things partners, you will ensure scalable systems, streamlined processes, and actionable insights that accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
How you'll add value:
Own partner forecasting with PAMs and leaders, including process cadence, standardization, and accuracy tracking
Stand up and manage a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system integrated with CRM, ensuring alignment with MOPS and SOPS
Deliver monthly reporting to referral partners (customized to their requirements) and consolidate internal reporting for leadership
Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure all AEs follow ROEs and processes for referral partners
Collaborate with the Partner Success team to ensure alignment for partner customers and indirect customers
Work closely with Finance on partner-related revenue recognition, bookings and commissions reporting, and indirect customer bookings
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency and ensure alignment across key reporting systems
Drive cross-functional collaboration with MOPS, SOPS, Finance, and Enablement to ensure data accuracy and process adoption
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance by partner, partner type, and PAM
Provide strategic insights and decision support to Partnerships, Sales, and Revenue Operations leadership on partner performance, investments, and enablement priorities
Champion operational best practices across partner teams, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and process compliance
Champion adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance efficiency, reporting, and forecasting within Partner Operations

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
8+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within SaaS or technology companies
Strong background in partner/channel ecosystems, referral models, and co-selling motions
Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting
Technology expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce reporting, PRM tools (ideally Salesforce PRM), Crossbeam (or equivalent partner ecosystem platforms)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slides
Familiarity with AI tools such as Glean, Copilot, OpenAI, or similar, with the ability to leverage them for efficiency and insights
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Business Intelligence teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving process improvements
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with executive presence
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $116,000 - $174,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. How you'll add value:
