What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within an assigned territory

Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Utilizing internal sales tools for CRM and pipeline management

Engaging with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios

Developing client proposals that effectively communicate customized solutions for higher education organizations

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of software sales (SaaS) experience in the Higher Education marketplace

Proven history of consistent over-quota achievement of sales goals

Understanding of sales methodologies, including value selling and strategic selling

Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and adapt to change

Demonstrated success in client relationship management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience selling or implementing student information systems within the higher education market

Experience working with the non-profit community or higher educational organizations
