What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers and customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries

Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment

Collaborate with Territory Managers to promote customer engagement and drive sales performance

Respond to customer and Territory Manager inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up communication

Utilize proprietary systems and tools for efficient customer support and sales management

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required; food service distribution experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively influence and persuade customers to purchase products

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Working knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com

Experience in food service distribution
