What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers and customers, addressing inquiries and processing orders
Engage with customers to promote ongoing promotions and opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling
Maintain regular communication with Territory Managers to support customer needs and drive sales performance
Utilize proprietary systems to provide accurate and timely responses to customer and Territory Manager inquiries
Provide administrative support, including processing credits and managing special orders
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service experience
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and drive them to resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in food service distribution
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
Previous sales experience is a plus
