Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Territory Managers and customers, providing administrative support and resolving inquiries
Process customer orders through internal systems and ensure accuracy by contacting customers for necessary adjustments
Promote customer engagement by highlighting ongoing promotions and opportunities for upselling
Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales performance and maintain order guides
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with solid problem resolution abilities
Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food service distribution preferred
Previous sales experience is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
