What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with architectural millwork companies and fabricators within your territory
Conduct face-to-face consultations with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs
Drive growth through new client acquisition and the development of existing relationships
Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as a one-stop-shop for surfacing solutions
Maintain accurate reporting and system information in the CRM application
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of successful consultative outside sales experience in solid surface, premium panel, or laminate categories
Strong existing network of fabricator relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage your own time effectively to achieve results
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Passionate, proactive, and coachable with a strong work ethic
Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities
University degree preferred, but not required
