Compensation & Benefits The anticipated rate is $20.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Convenient from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, the role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time of up to 64 hours per year is available unless otherwise required by law.

What You’ll Do

Ensure and model professional customer service.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.

Cross‑train in all store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.

Lead, coach, and develop associates.

Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.

Clear communication skills with customers and associates via in‑person, e‑mail, and telephone.

Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.

Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.

Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.

Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with adherence to the attendance policy.
