The Role Johnnie-O is looking for an amazing

Licensed Sales Representative

to join our team on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, a relationship builder, extremely detail-oriented, and committed to growing the Licensed business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is quick to learn, enjoys collaboration, and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing apparel company.

Responsibilities

Drive Licensed revenue for territory to hit sales targets while managing MT&E budget

Develop and maintain a strategic plan for territory, including forecasting and opportunity management

Cultivate and manage day-to-day and business relationships with customers across all our LIC properties

Drive incremental revenue through self-sourced and company approved custom corporate partner opportunities

Communicate with leadership regarding product and market conditions as well as account base regarding new product deliveries, stock sufficiency, and issue resolution

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to coordinate each seasonal offering

Create close working relationships with CSRs to drive effective efficient communication paths with customers.

Increase physical brand presence by participating in industry events like SLATS, MLB Summit, etc.

Support Johnnie-O events and other activities as needed

Position: Full Time Reports To: VP Licensed Skills/Qualifications

BS degree and/or 5+ years of industry/apparel sales experience

Ability to identify opportunities and create action plans to capitalize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain open order book

Ability to analyze retail data, identify trends, and provide recommendations

Team player – ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
